Terms of sales

For the hotel:  Reservations are only considered firm when accompanied by one day’s deposit per room (bank transfer or distance selling by credit card number).

For a stay of 3 nights or more, a deposit of 50% of the total amount will be requested.

For La Datcha: a 25% deposit will be requested upon booking, the balance 30 days before arrival.

Down payments are deductible only at the end of the agreement, provided that it is fully respected. In case of reduction of the stay, the deposits will be kept.

Changes are no longer possible within 8 days before the arrival for the hotel,  30 days for La Datcha.

Hotel cancellation: Deposits will be fully retained if the reservation is canceled less than 8 days before the arrival date.

La Datcha cancellation:

Cancellation more than 30 full days before the start of the stay: the 25% deposit paid will be retained.

Cancellation at 30 days or less: 100% of the price of the stay will be retained.

Arrival times: Arrivals are from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Please let us know in case of late arrival.

Departure: The rooms must imperatively be vacated before 11 am.
